• Audio recordings: your spoken responses submitted for assessment.
• Assessment data: transcriptions, scores, and feedback generated from your recordings.
• Usage data: pages visited, features used, and time spent on the platform.

2. How We Use Your Data

• To generate pronunciation assessments and band score reports.
• To track your progress and identify recurring weaknesses.
• To improve the accuracy of our scoring engine.
• To communicate service updates or account-related matters.

3. Audio Data Processing

Audio recordings are transmitted to third-party speech services (Microsoft Azure, iFlytek, Baidu, OpenRouter) solely for transcription and pronunciation analysis. Recordings are stored on Supabase infrastructure and are not shared with any other third parties. You may request deletion of your recordings at any time.

4. Data Storage & Security

All data is stored on Supabase with encryption at rest and in transit. We implement industry-standard security practices. Authentication tokens are managed via secure HTTP-only cookies. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with advertisers or data brokers.

5. Your Rights

You may:

• Access and export your data at any time.
• Request deletion of your account and all associated data.
• Withdraw consent for future data processing.
